After a really awesome tour of the Rock of Cashel (we were early enough that we were 2 of less than 5 people) we opted to walk down the mountain to walk down to check out Hoare Abbey. Both were absolutely beautiful.

Afterwards, we got on the road and drove down to Cahir to check out the castle there. It is such a beautiful and quaint little town to walk around.

I cannot remember the name of it, but there is a really nice cafe right across the street from Cahir Castle where we warmed up and enjoyed some really nice cappuccino. Down the street from there was a nice local market where we picked up a dinner of bacon-baked cabbage (had to have this dish again after the sampling in Newmarket on Fergus) and chicken with curry mini pies.

We ended our evening over a nice pint at the Horse and Jockey Pub in the town of Horse and Jockey. It is a quaint little local pub for sure and it seemed to quite popular for the locals to venture to for dinner.
